Meal Hero was founded as the customer facing arm of Rossini Inc. which has over 10 years experience in Manila's Food and Beverage industry. The first restaurant was Buona Vita, which opened in Alabang in 2009. In 2016 Rossini Ristorante Italiano, an italian fine dining restaurant opened in Conrad Hotel, Pasay and in 2019 the Red Tomato, a trattoria style restaurant in Davao.

The head chef overseeing these concepts is Davide Lombardi, who worked for several Michelin star restaurants in Paris and Milan. We believe that what we eat, where it comes from and how it is prepared has a direct and powerful impact on the health of individuals and that healthy food does not have to be expensive.
