All food is prepared by our team of over 20 chefs and staff in our 500m2 FDA approved facility located in Muntinlupa.

The facility contains one hot kitchen, a bakery, several walk in chillers and freezers.
Our team follows strict protocols to ensure the quality and safety of our food.

BACKGROUND
Meal Hero was founded as the customer facing arm of Rossini Inc. which has over 10 years experience in Manila's Food and Beverage industry. The first restaurant was Buona Vita, which opened in Alabang in 2009. In 2016 Rossini Ristorante Italiano, an italian fine dining restaurant opened in Conrad Hotel, Pasay and in 2019 the Red Tomato, a trattoria style restaurant in Davao.

The head chef overseeing these concepts is Davide Lombardi, who worked for several Michelin star restaurants in Paris and Milan. We believe that what we eat, where it comes from and how it is prepared has a direct and powerful impact on the health of individuals and that healthy food does not have to be expensive. Our mission is to make healthy yet affordable meals accessible to everyone.
